Anti Vibration

Anti-shock and anti-vibration technologies are crucial for meeting the demands of the harsh application environments. Winsonic had developed several technologies to withstand vibration and shock, enabling Winsonic Marine Grade products a great performance in the anti-vibration, anti-shock testing.

How does it work ?

01

Shock and constant vibration are prone to cause the loose or mal-function of some certain components, like capacitors or some big components. With additional adhesive on those components can improve the durability of the components and reduce the failure chance.

02

The right choice of high quality components, high tech material and mechanical design is our core competence. Of course, related know-how about the assembling, connecting, and mounting is a necessity too.

Anti Vibration

Benefit

With Winsonic optimized mechanical design, and the careful selection of high-tech materials such as butyl rubber and high damping silicone, Winsonic are able to provide a series of the Marine Grade Products which are compliant with the certifications for the specific application.

01Vibration Test

The purpose of vibration test is to check the mechanical resonance in all 3 directions (X, Y and Z). With the testing result our mechanical engineers can optimize the design and make the product most reliable for the usage. During and after this procedure the product needs to be 100% functional and no mal-function.

02Shock Test

The purpose of shock test is to check how rugged the design is in all 3 directions (X, Y and Z). With the testing result our mechanical engineers can optimize the design and make the product most reliable for the usage. During and after this procedure the product needs to be 100% functional and no mal-function.

03Drop Test

Mainly for package design. The drop test is to test if the product in the box is 100% workable and intact after the drop.
